DEPOSITS

 

We require a twenty percent (20%) non-refundable deposit of the total price of the wedding floral order to hold wedding dates for bridal packages in fresh or silk. Final payment of the remaining balance of the total price of the wedding floral order is due two (2) weeks prior to the wedding date on all wedding floral orders. All wedding floral orders placed within two (2) weeks prior to the wedding date must be paid in full at the time the order is placed.

 

We shall have the right to cancel the wedding floral order if full payment of the total price of the wedding floral order is not received within two (2) weeks prior to the wedding date. Under no circumstances shall we be liable for any claims, causes of actions or damages (direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential) that result from or have alleged to result from our canceling of the wedding floral order due to nonpayment.

 

We require a refundable deposit on all rental items and packages so as to ensure that all items and packages are returned by customer to us clean, functional and in good working order. All items and packages must be returned by customer to us clean, functional and in good working order within 1 day of the wedding date in order for customer to receive a full refund of the deposit monies. Once rental equipment is returned and accounted for your deposit will be returned minus any damages or missing items. Those funds are taken directly out of the deposit required at contract signing.

 

Deposit Refund Policy - All deposits paid (whether 20% or more) are non-refundable if you cancel your event. We do however keep the total deposit paid on file and available for use (by the contract signer) on any of our floral products for a 6 month period after you cancel. Event cancellation notices are required in writing by the contract signer and should be sent to our address located on our Contact Us page.

FLORAL PRESERVATION

 

Deposits

A Non-Refundable $100.00 Deposit is required when flowers are delivered to our facility. 

 

General

All sales are final. Your order serves as your consent to design your keepsake using the designer’s judgment within your selection. Flower color can change slightly.

 

Payments

A payment schedule will be sent with the confirmation that we have received your order/flowers. If payment schedule is not fulfilled in a timely manner the processing of your keepsake will not process in a timely manner. After 30 days of non payment your order will be cancelled.

 

Pick Up Service

If we are providing Pick Up Services 1 week notification is required and there is a charge of $99.95 that is non-refundable.

 

Refunds

All sales are final and there are no refunds at any point in the process. Once we receive payment we move on to the next step in the preservation process. In other words you are pre-paying for each step of the preservation process.

 

Return of Flowers

If your order is cancelled for any reason (ours or yours) your flowers will not be returned.

 

Shipping

You shipping to Us - We are not liable for flowers that arrive damaged, wilted or non-usable.
Us shipping to You - If keepsake is damaged in shipping, you must notify us within twenty-four hours.

 

GETTING INFORMATION TO US AND IT'S RETURN

 

When you sign up for various services we may require you to send us information. There are two ways of getting information to us. One, through the mail which is slow and archaic unless it is a tangible object, or two, through email. We prefer to have all information coming from our clients via email, but sometime that is not possible. In those cases clients will need to send information via the mail. Because it impossible to administer the return of all the materials we receive, we ask that if you are sending us tangible items through the mail, please only mail us items that you will not need because they will not be returned.

 

PROMOTIONS

 

Promotions run on a quarterly basis and cannot be combined.

 

PURCHASES AND PAYMENTS

 

We accept cash, personal or certified checks and all major credit cards* to purchase our product and services.

 

*Currently we only accept credit cards on Wedding Deposits, Rental Equipment Deposits, products purchased at Tampa Silk Flowers.com. All other products and services must be paid by cash or check in U.S. funds.

We reserve the right to make substitutions in cases of unavailability from our distributor. Although rare, we have had times that floral growers are not able to deliver because weather conditions or unforeseen issues. Also know that we sometimes have to rely on long distance transport services provided by Fed Ex, UPS, USPS, Airborne and we do not guarantee their delivery.

 

Your payment via credit card shall be done at your own risk. Beautiful Beginnings shall protect your credit card number within its business office. However, Beautiful Beginnings shall not be liable for any unauthorized use of your credit card by persons other than Beautiful Beginnings, or its officers and employees.

 

Under no circumstances shall Beautiful Beginnings or its officers be liable to you or any third party, for any claims, causes of action or direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential, trebled, or punitive damages that result or have alleged to have resulted from the unauthorized use of your credit card by persons other than Beautiful Beginnings, or its officers and employees.

We accept the following major credit cards:

 

If paying by check or credit card and your check is returned or charge is disputed you will incur a $50.00 processing fee for each occurrence, which is what we are charged from our service providers. In addition to a processing fee you may be subject to other fees if necessary to collect monies that are due for services provided.

 

REFUNDS

We do not provide refunds because we guarantee satisfaction and provide substitutions or replacements. Request for refund issues are reviewed on a case by case basis. Requests for refunds must be made in writing and submitted to your account representative within ten (10) days after the wedding date. If you are not satisfied with a purchase please contact your account representative.

RENTAL ITEMS

 

All rentals are for the intended event only and will be set up and taken down before and after the event respectively. Client (you) shall pay additional daily charges if the rental items are used above and beyond the designated time of the intended event. Client (you) will pay full replacement cost for any item(s) that are lost, stolen or damaged. A cleaning charge of 50% of the rental item will be made if items are not returned in clean working order. Please know that candle wax drippings are the most common cleaning charge.

 

Any charges for lost, stolen or damaged rental items, or charges for rental items in need of cleaning, shall be deducted from your deposit. Once the rental items are returned by client (you) and are accounted for by Beautiful Beginnings then your deposit shall be returned minus the amount of applicable charges. The balance of any funds remaining from your deposit shall be returned to you by the same method as your payment of the deposit.

 

The signing of a rental contract must be done at the time of the sale and any add-ons or subtractions will be adjusted accordingly at the time the change is requested. Complete details of our current rental terms and conditions may be found on our rental contract. A major credit card, certified check or money order is required for deposit on all rental items.
